Great canoe trip keg November 23, 2014

This, a portable co2 and a cobra makes for a great camping keg. Carrying in on a portage is inspiration enough to ensure its empty for the way home. Great product.

2.5 Gallon kegs great so far October 31, 2013
Reviewer: Marco Tatta from Komoka, ON Canada
I have bought 6 of these so far. Besides a tight bailer on a few of them, and very slight rust on the handles welds (normal because the grade of weld metal and handle is slightly lower than the vessel), they have been great. No rust at all on the internals, which is the important part. Seal nice, good size, and I can stack 4 in a Danby kegerator (need 2 tall handles and 2 short). Excellent value, and much easier to tote around than the 5 gallon cornys.

Great Keg October 19, 2013

These kegs are great. Well built, all replaceable parts. If you get 1 with short handles and 1 with long you can stack them (while connected) in the typical Danby 4.4cu ft fridge alot of people convert.

Solid construction September 6, 2013

Really nicely made.  Lid is a bit stiff at first, but seems to work itself in.  Great for taking camping with a picnic tap and paintball CO2.

Best Keg I've Used August 31, 2013
Reviewer: Mark from wolfville, NS Canada
I have six of these now. Not sure why you call them “economy”. There’s no economy of quality, materials or design that I can detect.

The post assemblies and poppet valves in particular work very well, easy to take apart and put together for cleaning. The poppet valves are sturdy and trouble free, and yet the ball lock connectors still snap on easily.

I have both new and used Cornys, and they have their frustrations. When these ones come around in the rotation for kegging, I relax because I know everything will go smoothly.

Small enough for my father-in-law to keep one in his normal fridge. He opens the fridge door and hooks it up to the CO2 tank for a second or two when it needs recharging.

I often fill these from a full sized keg with a keg jumper. Then I have beer to go, with no sediment to get stirred up on the road, since that’s left behind in the bigger keg.

Please get some 5 gal ones in. I will order half a dozen of them and sell my other kegs.
