Lack of instructions really sucked when my kegerator kit came in the mail. A quick search on youtube for kegerator installs and I had many detailed walk-throughs that worked for me. I put this on my kitchen counter and installed the beer fridge under the counter. The lines were too short for my custom kegerator build. I called and they sent me longer lines and a beer faucet/tower wrench combo free of charge. It was a nice touch from this company.
I was surprised how heavy the tower was, compared to my old chrome plated beer tower this is a hefty monster and should last a very long time. Overall it was a good experience and I would deal with them again. I do not think this stuff is going to break or need replacement anytime soon though.
