One of the processes involved in brewing is boiling. It is usually done in kettles in a consistent manner. Good brew kettles should be able to produce favourable boil without scorching the wort at the bottom of the pan. While commercial breweries use big boiling units, home brewers can rely on brewing kettles.

The Mash King stainless steel weldless brew kettle is made from high quality stainless steel (commercial-grade 18 gauge 304 stainless steel) which makes it sturdier and thicker than conventional brewing pots. This particular brew kettle has the capacity to hold 15 gallons of wort. This allows home brewers to produce a decent amount of brew.

The bottom of the brew pot is made from tri-clad stainless steel that protects it against the caramelization of wort that can scorch the entire pot. The tri-clad bottom creates an induction system for the entire kettle. This promotes slow but vigorous boiling of the wort.

Another feature of the pot is it has bolted handles for added protection and security. The package also comes with an OBK ball valve and thermometer with a three inch face dial. Lastly, it also includes a sturdy lid that can rest on the handles of the kettle.
