OBK Abbey Ale (3.25 US Gal)

This all-grain beer recipe kit is a malt forward, moderate strength Belgian-Style Ale. The addition of the Abbey Malt to the Pilsner base gives this a slightly sweet flavour and fuller body while retaining the dry, quenching characteristics commonly found with Belgian beer. Little to no hop flavour or aroma. Mild fruity flavours balance the malty sweetness from ester production in the yeast.
