AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser
AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser
Alternative Views:

The AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser produces clean and pure alcohol. When using this condenser you will be able to collect up to 93% of the possible alcohol.

It can be fitted to both the grainfather and robobrew so long as you have the compatible alembic dome lids. Alternatively you can attach it to a commercial keg using a 2" TC Clamp. To do this you will need to remove the sanke spear and secure the condenser using the TC clamp while ensuring you have the included gasket in place between the condenser and your keg.

It includes two attachable orifices, one that is narrow more pure alcohol production (0.6mm ID) and another that is wider and is primarily used for stripping runs (1mm ID). Also included is a collection tube and a digital thermometer for keeping track of when the spirits will run.

Please Note: Keg and 2" TC Clamp are NOT included.

Price: $169.99

3 of 5 Doesn't come ready to use October 2, 2018

I just received this, and my only issue is that it doesn't come with everything you need to get up and running. Specifically you need your own tubing and connectors to attach to a sink or a hose. that's not a huge deal but I wish that was indicated in the description, perhaps with a link to which size of tubing and what connectors you need so you can put them in the same order (and not have to pay another shipping fee later, or do track them down at a hardware store).

Also, there's supposed to be two attachable orifices, and while there are two pieces, one of them is securely connected to the collection pipe, making the other one useless.

Aside from that, it looks sturdy. I may come back and update this review after I've done a couple runs.
