Amber Wheat Ale (5.25 US Gal) Extract Kit with Specialty Grains

A highly drinkable wheat-based ale. Full of rounded caramel malt flavour combined with the flavour and mouthfeel enhanced by the addition of wheat. Mild malt sweetness matched by a subtle hop flavouring. Bitterness is kept low to focus on the wheat flavours and caramel richness.

Excellent Brew! January 20, 2015
Reviewer: Parke Bros from Bright's Grove
This brew is amazing. Highly drinkable, goes down smooth and easy. The wheat tones it down and gives a nice balance of sweetness and malt character.

Reviewer: charles lamoureux from ste-catherine-de-hatley, QC Canada
Vient d’être mise en bouteille, belle bière claire(pas trouble) avec une sublime couleur ambré/rousse. Elle a fermenté en 13 jours a 21degrés celc.

Very nice beer. September 16, 2013
Reviewer: John from Calahoo, AB
I made one of these recently and it turned out quite nice. The color is good as is the flavor. I'd say its a wee bit more bitter than anticipated and a hair more hoppy. I like it fine but my less discriminating friends do find it bitter.
