American Amber Ale

Moderate hop aromas are citrusy from the American hop character, balanced with a caramel aroma from the malts used. Flavour is balanced with the same citrusy hop flavours coinciding with the subtle malt sweetness from the steeping grains. Hop bitterness is in check for the style. This brew is like an American Pale ale but with more caramel richness and more American hop character.

5 of 5 First try July 17, 2016
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Abitibi, QC Canada
As other reviewers, this was my first try at all grains. I'm very impress of the result. I had a low efficiency with my setup, but the result is a beer that taste hop and that is refreshing. Good for all seasons. Would like to try again later.

5 of 5 Wow, great beer November 23, 2015

Great beer, it's the first beer I did (all grain) and I still have it on my tap.

On a other subject, the shipping and the availability of some ingredients with OBK is not what is used to be. Recently, hops and grains were not available. I had to order grains on a other site.

Reviewer: Vincent from brighton, ON Canada
This was my first try at all grain brewing, in no way I consider myself an expert, I followed instruction to the letter and the result was a great rich body beer. Only thing ill say is be patient... I tried one 3 weeks after bottling and wasn't so good...waited another 5 weeks and there it was!!
