bought the chiller to help with my wort crashing or cool down times. I brew 10g batches and it took me 3 hours to get the wort to pitching temp. I used this chiller on my last 10g brew and it took a kettle temp of 88c to 13c in 4 mins. I'm sure if i slowed the flow of the wort to allow more contact time in the chiller I could go from boiling to under 15c in the time it takes to pump the wort from the kettle (less then 5 minutes) My only gripe is that the inlets for the water and wort are close together and I needed to add 45 degree elbows so I could hook up the TC and the garden hose without them touching.
