Belgian Blond Ale (5.25 US Gal) Extract Kit

A moderate-strength golden ale that has a subtle Belgian complexity, slightly sweet flavour, and dry finish. Flavour is smooth and light initially, comparative to a Pilsner, but finishes dry with some medium hop flavours of floral and earthy. Some soft yeast character will be present as well, esters produced are orange/lemon-like. Aromas are much of the same classic Belgian floral, fruity esters.

Ingredients cost less than the kit. February 12, 2014
Reviewer: Pete R from Prescott, ON Canada
At the time of this review, if one were to purchase the ingredients separately at regular price the total would be $29.35.  That's more than $5.00 less than the SALE price of the kit.  Buy the ingredients separately and save.
