There is an order of operations that is critical: 1. Install adapter in to your regulator. 2. Install regulator with tightened adapter in to Nitrogen tank. If you get this wrong there will be a leak between the CO2 adapter and Nitrogen stem, as these two pieces are soldered together. It is brass NPT thread that is too shallow to seal on its own. To fix just heat it up with a torch and apply more solder to the joint. I wrecked mine twice before I figured that out.
