Works well at first, but ... November 23, 2017

Bought 4 of these for my carboys to use with blow-off tubes during primary. First use everything went well, but after only a wash in an alkaline solution they lost their air tightness (no more bubbles coming out of the blow-off tubes, all the CO2 went throught small gaps of the carboy cab). I do not recommend buying these.

Works great with small addition October 11, 2017

I bought 3 of these for 6 and 5 gallon glass carboys.  Transferred wort into 6 gallon carboy put cap on and inserted air lock.  It didn't seem too snug but left it over night.  Next morning fermentation was well on it's way but air lock wasn't bubbling.  Went to Canadian  Tire a bought three 2" pipe clamps.  Put one on tightened a few turns and bingo air lock started bubbling.  I just have to find a thief that will fit the the second hole.

Not tight at all July 28, 2017

I bought 2 of these. Shipping was really fast but 2 cost 17 bucks after shipping cost. And they don't sit tight at all on my 6 gallon carboy. Waste of money for me. I liked the idea though

Such a great product July 17, 2016

I have 3 of these guys, they work much better than a rubber stopper.  I use them both for fermentation and more recently also to move beer to the keg.  Having two holes on top makes it easy to push the beer out of one by injecting CO2  in the other, eliminating contact with oxygen.

Excellent alternative to stoppers April 25, 2014

I definitely prefer this cap to rubber stoppers.

I've got an American sanke keg that I do primary fermentations in, and this is a super economical option in place of a stopper or tri-clamp adaptors. It's a bit of a stretch but it seals perfectly. I wouldn't be able to do this with similar caps from my LHBS because theirs are made of a less pliable material.

And as the description says, the dual spouts provide you with numerous options for use.
