4 of 5 Not a big cider drinker but... January 19, 2017

I'm not a big cider drinker but I like to have some on hand for when folks come over who aren't big beer drinkers.  This turned out great.  Easy to make.  Crystal clear.  I bought two kits; made one sweet and the other dry.  The dry one I let sit on oak cubes for a few months.  The oak added a nice, subtle flavour and aroma.

4 of 5 Brewing Review August 3, 2015
Reviewer: Mike Washburn from Barrie, ON Canada
This kit is fermenting right now but I didn't want to wait to give my impressions on the process so far. First: Go to the Brewers Best website and print off the instruction page for this before you get started. It will help you quite a bit. Second: The big bag that is the bulk of this kit is actually divided in the inside of the bag into two sections, one with the yeast and flavorings and the other with the concentrate. DO NOT open the big bag until you are ready to use it.  This is a super easy kit to make if you have the printed instructions. I am a HUGE cider fan and I can't wait for this to be ready.

5 of 5 Good kit - mediocre instructions April 16, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Guelph
Just tasted my first glass from a keg (also have some bottles still conditioning). I like it. More importantly, the cider drinker in our house (my wife) likes it.
I do agree that the instructions/package are not user-friendly and reading online ahead of time is a good plan.
I also cold-aged the cider after primary fermentation for a couple weeks before bottling. Nice, clear and crisp - better than any cider kits I've made to this point.

3 of 5 questionable instructions March 24, 2015

Purchased, have no brewed yet, I am concerned about the instructions that advise pouring boiling water into my glass carboy. I will do that mix in a plastic one, and pour onto cooler water, to avoid shocking the glass too much. Wil update review after brewing/tasting.
