Munich Classic is a non-flocculent strain. Some settling can be promoted with cooler temperatures post-fermentation, or by adding fining agents. The aroma and flavour have balanced fruity esters and spicy phenol notes. Recommended use at traditional ale temperatures of 55°-66°F.
