Danstar Windsor Dry Ale Yeast

It is a quick starter and quick fermenter, able to complete fermentation in just days when above 17C (63F). Moderate attenuation leaves relatively high gravity.

You can never seem to go wrong with Lallemand/Danstar dry yeast packets! I tossed 2 of these at my Imperial Stout and it absolutely took off! It clears up nicely.

Good Yeast for English Brown August 25, 2013
Reviewer: Andy from Peterborough, ON Canada
So happy to see OBK carrying this and Nottingham now. These are my go-to yeasts when I don't have liquid yeast on hand, and very, VERY useful as a backup if you don't get good fermentation from your first pitching.

Does exactly what it says, I'd try to keep the fermentation under 70*F though, as it gets pretty ester-y above that point.
