India Brown Ale (5.25 US Gal) Extract Kit with Specialty Grains

A hybrid of brown ale and IPA. Full-bodied maltiness lends flavours of nuttiness, toast, caramel and chocolate, which balanced by the citrus, pine, and bitter flavours of the American hops. A great well-rounded beer for a little something different than your everyday IPA or Brown Ale.

Great Dark Ale. December 13, 2014
Reviewer: Kevin T from Trenton, ON Canada
I used the full pound of Chocolate and Brown Malt instead of the half pound of the recipe. I thought it'd turn out like a stout which I wouldn't care for much but actually it just made a real dark ale that tasted fantastic. All my colleagues that tried it said it was fantastic. 4 other brutally honest people can't be wrong and they are not the type so sugar coat it for my feelings. I'd buy this again after I try some more styles I want do try. Try this out if you like dark ales or even browns.
