In this category, you'll find our unique and specialty yeasts for making Saki, Kombucha and Vinegar.

Start making your own salad dressings and marinades using any one or all of these 'Mother of Vinegar' starters. You will need alcoholic cider, red or white wine, plus a jar of the suitable 'Mother', and some patience to make your vinegar, as it does take between 6 - 12 weeks. Complete instructions are on the jar, plus we have included a link to the 'Mother of Vinegar Instruction' sheet on each individual page.

Kombucha is a fermented tea that many people are just now learning to brew and enjoy. There are many recipes on the internet you can try, but don't be afraid to experiment with different flavour extracts and spices.
