The traditional Ireland stout is thought to be balanced by this dry, crisp, lightly fruity, versatile, and powerful strain. This Irish Ale strain makes an excellent fermenter due to its reliability and average flocculation.
When used at the lowest recommended temperatures it provides light hints of fruit, which increases in complexity as higher temperatures (64° F and higher).
Perfect for use in dark and high gravity beers.
