Shipping can be expensive, often even a deal-breaker. Many offer free shipping, keep in mind the price does come at a cost. They have built the charge into the purchase price (not just on your item, but on all items in their inventory to cover this expense).

For a limited time, subject to end at any moment, we are launching our free shipping promotion.

We will send free shipping orders with the most cost-effective carrier we can find. There may not be tracking numbers available. We can not honour requests for certain services.

• Fit in one package the size of a shoebox
• Under 30 pounds, volumetric weight. Volumetric weight assumes an item of a specific size weighs a certain amount. An example is a plastic bucket. Due to the size, a bucket is very expensive to ship.
• Mainland Canadian provinces only.
• Postal boxes are not eligible

• Your location may not be eligible.
• You may not be meeting the order threshold amount.
• Your order will not fit in one box (try removing large items like buckets).
• We have the right to limit this promotion to a $30 value. Additional charges may apply

We can not give you a shipping cost before you place your order as it does change from Province to Province and varies due to the savings we can pass on from our carriers.

If the promotional shipping rate is not showing up at check out, your order did not qualify. The most likely reason is large items like buckets and pots. Try removing a large object.

If you are not getting a shipping quote at check out, your order's weight disqualifies it from our live rate calculation. To alleviate this, try placing separate orders for these large items. If you do not want to do this, we will provide a shipping quote after check out.
