I use this with the carbonation cap for pop bottles. set the regulator to 35 psi. Get the water really cold. Works great. Makes soda water in about an hour.

If you force carbonate, you should use one of these, period.

5 of 5 Great product November 18, 2013

Listed as a carbing stone, but I'm using it with great success to oxygenate. Boiling water helped the 3/16 tubing slip onto the barb. Great price, great product.

5 of 5 Huge time saver July 27, 2013

Hooking it up to the gas in tube can be a pain but I found 5/16 ID line works best. I set my regulator at 15PSI. Fill the keg in the morning and drinking perfectly carbonated beer that night. Works every time.

4 of 5 good way to carb your beer fast July 26, 2013
Reviewer: Robert Reynolds from victoria, BC Canada
Can be used to quickly carbonate in a keg by attaching to the Gas In peg. I found that I got smaller tighter bubbles and longer lasting head when using the stone when compared to force carbing in a keg. Will perfectly carbonate a Corny keg in 2-3 days. provides faster carbonation than the "low and slow" force carb method, and better results than the "high PSI + Shake" method.

I recommend boiling to sanitize as bugs can get into the small cavities and santitizer doesn't always get it.
