1 of 5 Not impressed October 11, 2017
Reviewer: Erik from Ottawa, On
Found that it leaked quite a bit out of the box. Used Teflon on every connector I could access.

After a few charges, the nut that holds the threaded cylinder fell off the charger (and was impossible to put back into place due to the puncturing pin's position).

Spent over 45 minutes trying to get the square nut back into proper position through disassembling the upper portion of the mechanism (which, upon closer inspection, is very weak). During disassembly, I must have damaged a component since the piston won't shut off anymore.

Very disappointing: I unboxed it about an hour ago and it's already in the trash.

Very surprised OBK would carry something of such poor quality.

3 of 5 Sure. Fine. June 10, 2014

This thing will put enough gas in your keg to get you through a night. Even when it is fussy it works, you just go through more cartridges.

5 of 5 Comes in handy in a pinch May 7, 2014

Works well, extremely portable. Also useful for when I have to drop off my large tank overnight to get filled.

4 of 5 Great quick purging tool! October 23, 2013
Reviewer: Brent from Ontario
For those splitting a batch between 2 kegs (eg. 2 x 3 gallon), I use this to quickly purge O2 out and minimal pressurization for the keg that will sit. Faster than setting up cylinder, gauges, etc. since mine is plumbed into the fridge.  I also use this for visits with my home brew friends.

4 of 5 Great once figured out! August 4, 2013
Reviewer: Marc Rheaume from Pembroke, ON Canada
I wasted my first cartridge fiddling with the fittings, but I've since learned to pay attention. Well, not really.
Either way, makes bringing a keg much more portable and impressive to friends. Protects your regulator in that it allows you to leave it at home, out of harm's way.

2 of 5 Not the best option for a portable system July 31, 2013
Reviewer: Jay K from Burnaby, BC Canada
I bought one of these to make my keg system more portable.  I found that it lacked any control and it doesn't seal well around the MFL fitting on the ball lock.  It works but I prefer using a paintball tank regulated system.  But for the price and size it has use when you want a light weight compact system, as long as you don't mind playing around with it.

5 of 5 Great for bring-a-keg July 18, 2013

Loved this.  A great backup for when the CO2 goes dry or when sharing with friends at a cottage.
