5 of 5 Great yeast September 9, 2013
Reviewer: Steve Wise from Guelph, ON Canada
This yeast floc's better then US-05. It subdues the hop flavour a little more then the 05, but goes low and make a nice dry beer. Use US-05 if you want the hops to shine. Use Notty for everything else.

5 of 5 Best all-round yeast August 25, 2013
Reviewer: Andy from Peterborough, ON Canada
I always keep a packet of this on hand. It ferments cleanly if you keep the temperature in check but has relatively low ester production even if fermented a bit warm. As others have noted, IPAs, American/Canadian ales and so forth suit this ideally. If brewing traditional milk stout, this is a must!

5 of 5 Great yeast! August 19, 2013
Reviewer: dr3wson from Chateauguay, QC Canada
I usually keep a packet in the fridge in case of emergency that another yeast didn't take off. Very versatile yeast! I used it in IPAs, Amber Ales, English style beers, and it always does a good job

5 of 5 Great yeast for English Ales August 15, 2013
Reviewer: Daniel Weihing from Omemee, ON Canada
This is my go to yeast for any English Ale. This yeast has great flocculation, and will leave a nice clean flavor, especially when used at a lower fermentation temp.
