I wasn't abel to order the American IPA as Columbus hops were out of stock. We settle for the American hop varieties Cascade and Centennial in this session IPA. Unfortunately I ran our of fermenters and racked this batch to a secondary in a keg, underestimating how active it was. The batch came out buttery, thanks to my laziness and diacetyl in the beer, I was about to throw it out but wasn't in need of fridge space. To my amaze it turned out fine, thanks to the strong hop aromas, this brew taste very similar to my favorite "Red Racer IPA" brewed in Surrey BC.
