Mosaic is a new dual-purpose hop bred from Simcoe (formerly known as HBC 369). This is an experimental hop variety that recently went "pro" and became a full commercial variety. Brought to you by the same people who brought you Citra, Warrior, Ahtanum, Palisade, and Simcoe. Mosaic received it's name because it gives a wide range of aromas and flavours which are complementary to other common hop aromas. Everything from citrus, piney, earthy, fruity, floral, herbal, mint, bubblegum, blueberry, lime peel, black pepper.
