Unreal November 25, 2013
Reviewer: Travis Mushanski from Regina, SK Canada
Started slow as my house dropped to 57 overnight . . .oppps!  Once it started going, I thought it would be nice as it had a nice thin layer of white foam.  I was wrong.  My bucket fermenter was no match for this bad boy yeast.  Foamed over ten inches and we had a bit of a mess to clean up in the morning.  Very cool!  Thanks!

Beast August 23, 2013

This yeast is a beast!  If I could post a picture of the lovely explosion that emerged from my carboy, I would.  Basement smelled of banana and clove.

Slow Start August 4, 2013
Reviewer: Marc Lapierre from Kanata, ON Canada
In a surprising inconsistency, I had a very slow start with this yeast with zero starter krausen in 2 days. It still worked, so YMMV

It is a beast July 31, 2013
Reviewer: Matthew from Ottawa, ON Canada
Learned with this yeast that blow-off tube and lots of head space is needed in the carboy. I have to constantly pick the airlock off the floor and put it back on the carboy.

Definitely can taste the banana and cloves!
