Used this yeast to make a dark Belgian Candy Ale (with homemade candy sugar) and it made a great beer! It left quite a bit of sugars unfermented, which was desirable for the style and a great creamy head. I left the brew in the primary for 4 weeks before kegging, which cleared nicely. I then washed this great yeast! Repitched yesterday, into a Pumpkin Ale, will report back here later!
