White Labs WLP645 Brettanomyces ClaussenII -- Brettanomyces with low intensity. This yeast was originally isolated from a strong English stock beer in the early 20th century. More subtle flavours than WLP650 and WLP653. Produces more aroma contribution than flavour. Notes of fruity, pineapple like aroma. Brettanomyces claussenii is closely related to Brettanomyces anomalus.
