Ferments vigorously with an intense krausen. A blow off is mandatory. Appears to slow down considerably for the last 5 gravity points or so, so give it a bit of time to totally finish (you'd likely want to age a beer based on this yeast anyways).
Great balance of fusels and esters for a strong belgian ale, little phenol character. Resulting beer is fruity, dry, and complex. Definitely a unique character.
