Acid Blend (2 oz)

This is a blend of the 3 most commonly found fruit acids. This product is for when you want (or need) to raise the acidity level of your wine in order to produce a sharp taste.

Wine recipe may tell you how much you will need to add or you may use an acid testing kit to determine how much of this granulated blend you need per gallon.

This product is for when you are making homemade wine from scratch, wine kits already have accounted for any acidity issues when blending the juices.
