Overview

Used primarily in sanitizing solutions to lower pH, therefore making the SO2 (Sulfur Dioxide) solution more effective.

Please Note: Citric acid is not added directly but must be added prior to either primary or secondary fermentation as its metabolism can lead to volatile acidity.

Usage Directions:

Use 1 tablespoon per gallon, however your instructions may differ
