Irish Moss is one of the most popular fining agents available. Derived from seaweed, this red algae clarifies beer and helps prevent chill haze by binding proteins and other particles in beer wort.

Usage Directions:

Use 1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon per 5 gallon batch
Add in the last 15 minutes of boil

Must To Have

If you want better clarity in your beer get it and I personally prefer having sea weeds in my brew than the weird fizzy thing that does the whirlfloc tablet

Use It Every Time

Great product, use it all the time. Beer becomes extra clear and transparent. I use 1/2 table spoon per 5 gallon batch for a 15-minute boil.

Fine, Just Fine

I put it in the brew pot, now my beer looks clearer, so $1 well spent, I suppose.

Super Irish Moss

This is the real deal if you want to keep your brewing as natural a possible. It does a perfect job at clearing your beer. I will continue using this natural stuff to get a perfect clear brew.thanks

Perfect

Nice quality, right down to the re-sealable zipper bag! Good price on this, I don't brew without it.
