This Bayou Classic Thermometer is meant to be used with a Bayou Classic Deep Fryer. It will display the temperature in both Celcius and Fahrenheit. The total length is 4 1/8" with the probe being 2 5/8" in length, featuring a 2 3/4" dial and a tempered glass face.

Capable of handling the heat, you can always be sure your readings are accurate and reliable. Never settle with food that is too dry from being overcooked or foods that are undercooked, now that you can monitor the temperature of your oil or water.
