Bayou Classic Stainless Steel High Pressure Burner [SS10]

This Bayou Classic burner is made out of stainless steel and features a fully welded frame.

It is an upgraded version of the SP10 providing greater durability and longevity thanks to the stainless steel construction.

Integrated into the frame is the 360° Windscreen Protection. It is designed to protect from wind and ensure a steady and consistent flame.

The 14" diameter cooking surface supports pots/kettles with a minimum diameter of 12" and up to 102 quarts in size.

Included with the burner is an adjustable 10 PSI regulator and a 4' stainless steel braided hose.

It is taller than most standard burners and features a high-powered 4" ring burner. At full blast it can theoretically pump out 185,000 BTU. More conservative test methods rate this burner at 60,000 BTU.

Any way you count the BTUs, lots of people use these burners to boil 5, 10, and 15 gallon batches so in the real world they're plenty hot!
