This recipe kit creates a beer with a thick, creamy head, a medium body, and a dark color, finishing dry and roasty. The maltodextrin included in the kit helps with the thick head and head retention. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own rich and flavourful brew with excellent foam stability.
