This particular fryer is made from a commercial-grade aluminum, thus making it lightweight. This makes the pot excellent for outdoor use because it is easy to carry around.

The pot comes with a perforated poultry rack so that dipping the whole bird in the fry pot is easy. This set also comes with a hook making it convenient to 'fish' the bird out of the oil once cooked. The fryer has a 32-quarts of oil capacity for frying. The vented lid works to release steam, which helps prevent hot oil from spilling out. Use the included 12" thermometer (clipped on the inside of the fryer) to determine if the oil is too hot. When your poultry is ready simply put on the included leather glove and remove it without having to worry about burning yourself.
