Buying a brew kettle is one of the largest single investments a brewer can make in their home brewery, and getting the most kettle for your budget can affect your brew day for a very long time. To help those with a limited budget get the most out of their money, we offer the 16 Gallon Stainless Steel Welded Graduated Brew Kettle.

In this kettle, we've included all of the most important features for your brew day at a price which won't break your budget. First, we used polished stainless steel, which is very durable and non reactive, ensuring you taste your beer, not your pot. The 16 gallon size is ideal for brewing 10-12 gallon batches of beer, but can also be used to brew smaller batches. In addition, the taller profile of the pot reduces the risk of boil-overs and helps get the rolling boil you need to drive off unwanted volatile compounds. The graduated markings run from 1 to 14 gallons, and are permanently embossed, so they will never wear way.

Next, we took this base pot and added two 1/2" NPT welded ports. For one port, we include a stainless steel ball valve to enable whirlpooling with a pump or siphonless wort transfer. For the other port, we include a 2" probe thermometer with an easy-to-read 3" dial, which can be upgraded to a 3, 5, or 6 inch version by request. We offer a 1/2" inch pick-up tube or a bazooka screen as optional upgrades for the ball valve, as well.

Overall, this pot is a great starter pot for ten gallon batches, and will last for years.

This is an entry level pot. It is a thinner gauge then our brand name 304SS kettles like OBKettle, Ss Brewtech, Blichmann. Some dents and minor imperfections may be on the pot.
