This is a great balance of highly fermentable sugars, a unique blonde Belgian style Candi Syrup. An excellent choice for Saisons, Tripels, and Golden Ale's. Readily fermentable and creates refreshing subtle flavours such as mild honey and faint citrus. Also preferred over refined sugar due to superior fermentability.

Great

I tested this syrup vs dextrose and i have to say the small difference actually made a difference. Adds a nice smooth flavour to the beer and maybe adds a bit of body. Used it on a Belgian beer and cream ale. A must try.I also used it in the bottles instead of priming sugar and it worked great. 1 tsp per bottle and rendered great head and taste. you can google how much to add.
