This Cherry cider strikes a balance between scrumptiously sweet and tartly dry. When made as directed, this medium rose cider has a crisp, flavourful profile without alcohol content.

When lightly carbonated, this cider pairs exceptionally well with fresh cheese, leafy greens, seafood morsels, and anything slow-cooked, smoked, or barbecued. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to craft your own flavourful cherry cider.

Please Note: All Cider House Select Kits require the addition of 2 pounds of Dextrose (Corn Sugar) to reach their full alcohol potential.

Sulfur Ahoy!!!!

I don't know about the other reviewer but I followed the instructions scrupulously and it's got a terrible sulfur smell and taste. I was hoping time on the shelf would solve that but, nope, not after 2 months. After much reading I found out that a cider can go that way occasionally and it means it was lacking some vital yeast nutrients. Why didn't Cider house put those ingredients in the kit. At what the kit cost it should have made me breakfast the morning of the making. At least a warning from the company would have been nice and I could have got the yeast nutrients before the brew. So I've got ~23 litres of stuff that's fit for a still. Thanks Cider House!I would have tried to get some compo from OBK but I can't be bothered. Also because OBK is the best home brewing place in Canada, IMO and I don't want to grief them too much. They fix their mistakes but I bet Cider House would blame the end user

My Go To Low Alc. Drink!

I love this cider, always have 5 gals on tap! Makes for a great drinker, especially if you don't like beer or just looking for something different. Being able to adjust the sweetness to your liking is a real plus too!
