This Copper Reflux Still Kit with Kegland DigiBoil is a complete, easy-to-use setup for producing high-purity spirits. A 2" copper reflux column tower mounts securely to the included Kegland Pro Sight Glass Steam Condenser/Distillation Lid via a 2" Tri-Clover sanitary clamp for quick assembly and tear-down, while the Kegland DigiBoil Electric Kettle - 35L | Gen 2 (110V) provides built-in digital temperature control and dual heating elements for simple, consistent heating right out of the box. The copper column enhances your distillation process with excellent thermal conductivity, refining flavor profiles and ensuring precise separation of volatile components to elevate the quality of your distillate. The 3" Tri-Clover sight glass port on the distillation lid also allows hop or other additions, letting you monitor your wash without removing the lid. The kit also includes accessories such as a Kegland Alcometer (0-100%), Fermtech Plastic Hydrometer Test Jar (150 ml), Hydrometer, and Mash King Copper Mesh Roll.

Kegland DigiBoil Electric Kettle - 35L | Gen 2 (110V) - A versatile, multi-purpose electric boiler built from food-grade 304 stainless steel, designed to deliver reliable performance at an accessible price point. The 35 L (9.25 gal) kettle features a dual-element heating system - a 1000W and a 500W element providing a combined 1500 watts on a standard 110 V plug. Each element can be independently controlled through integrated rocker switches, allowing you to engage a single element for gentle temperature holds or fire both simultaneously for a fast ramp to boiling. The digital display allows precise temperature adjustments in 1°C/1°F increments and toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The Generation 2 model includes an upgraded glass lid for clear visibility during heating and boiling, and a high-quality stainless steel ball valve with 1/2" OD barb (removable to accept 1/2" Female BSP fittings).

Kegland Pro Sight Glass Steam Condenser/Distillation Lid - A stainless steel distillation lid designed for the 35L DigiBoil and BrewZilla. The center 2" Tri-Clover port provides a sturdy mounting point for the reflux column tower, while the 3" Tri-Clover sight glass port with a high-temperature, impact-resistant Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) cap lets you monitor activity inside the boiler without lifting the lid. A thick silicone gasket ensures an airtight seal, and black silicone carry handles make for safe, comfortable removal when the lid is hot.

Copper Reflux Column Tower - 2" TC - Crafted from high-quality T2 lead-free 99.9% pure copper, this reflux column tower enhances your distillation process with copper's excellent thermal conductivity. Copper's unique properties refine flavor profiles and ensure precise separation of volatile components, elevating the quality of your distillate. The tower efficiently captures and condenses alcohol vapors, boosting separation and purity with its advanced reflux action. The integrated reflux condenser enables up to 93% alcohol collection, surpassing traditional distillation methods - making it especially beneficial for producing high-proof spirits with optimal purity and refined flavor. The tower includes a perforated metal plate that securely holds packing materials such as copper mesh or Raschig rings, ensuring even distribution of the distillate as it travels down the column for a cleaner, more refined final product.
