This Reflux Column Tower is made from high-quality T2 lead-free 99.9% pure copper which enhances distillation through superior thermal conductivity. Copper’s properties refine flavor profiles and ensure effective separation of volatile components, boosting the quality of your distillate. The tower captures and condenses alcohol vapors efficiently, offering advanced reflux action that improves separation and purity. With an integrated reflux condenser, it can collect up to 93% of potential alcohol, outperforming traditional methods. This makes it ideal for producing high-proof spirits with exceptional purity and flavor.

For successful reflux distillation, using the right packing materials such as copper mesh or Raschig rings is essential. The tower features a perforated metal plate that securely holds these materials, ensuring an even distribution of the distillate as it flows through the column. This design enhances efficiency and produces a cleaner, more refined final product.
