Fermtech Bottle Washer - Double Blast

I don't know why fermtech bothers making this product. It seems to me like a complete waste of resources. The cheap plastic parts break almost immediately, to end up in a landfill, being broken down in microplastics, and entering our waterways and food chain. I bought it thinking I would be the One person who took good care of the product, the One person for whom the product would behave. It was a foolish purchase. Don't buy it. Don't be foolish like I was. I give this product Zero stars, but Zero is not an option.

Let me preface this by saying the customer service from OBK was great, and they quickly sent me a replacement unit, and a refund once the replacement also didn't work.I've used this for exactly 2 bottling sessions. After washing all the bottles and putting this away, I later took it back out in order to wash my carboy. Water shooting to the ceiling was not fun! There is a small plastic bead that seems to come out after a single use. Not sure what I could've done differently. The first time, both sides stopped working and I found 2 beads. With my second unit, only one side stopped working and I found one bead.I would avoid this unit and go for something sturdier.
