Dry Pectic Enzyme is used to clarify your brew and remove pectins. Pectin refers to the "fleshy" components of fruits such as with apples and grapes. Especially usefully when added to wine as it will break down the pulp.

Usage Directions:

Use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of must prior to fermentation
