Belgian Amber Ale Extract Kit With Belgian Candi Syrup (3.25 US Gal)

A new twist on the classic amber style of ale. The base of the beer is built on amber dry malt extract to bring a malt caramel richness to the beer. The beer is then accented with traditional Belgian Candi Syrup to bring in some dark fruity flavours, nuttiness, toffee and even more caramel. Flavouring additions from the hops and yeast balance out the malt with fruity and floral flavours, aromas and esters.
