A fruity, moderately malty and somewhat spicy, easy drinking, copper-coloured ale. Belgian Pales are a somewhat complex ale, gathering flavours from a balance of the specialty grains, yeast, and hops. The malt brings flavours of slight caramel and biscuit, whereas the hops and yeast bring fruitier flavours like pear, orange, and citrus. Aroma has a subtle sweetness to it as well as some peppery notes.
