Definitely A Good First Choice

This kit was my first and it definitely can't get much simpler than that - this was a good choice for my first experience making beer.As for the beer itself - pretty good actually. I was nearly convinced when I started that my first batch could potentially be a throw away but no, it is quite drinkable. Actually, it is quite good and I only have 6 bottles left (750ml bottles - a 3 gallon kit gives me 13 such bottles). But not to worry, my second batch (using the Belgian Amber Ale kit this time) is already one week into the process. :)These kits are so awesome!

Easy First Beer

This was my first boil ever. Ordered it with a beginner's kit. Pretty easy to do. This beer is easy to drink with no and I mean no aftertaste. It's a pretty common beer but it beats a coorz light so i'm happy with it :)
