A dark, very rich, complex, strong Belgian-style ale. Complex, rich and smooth. A malt forward beer with plenty of malt sweetness and flavours of caramel, toast and bread. Yeast brings the fruity esters like raisin, plum, dried cherry and figs. Alcohol is smoothed out with soft, spicy, and floral aromas and flavours. Mild bitterness.
