Excellent Beer

I modified the recipe a bit, to the stepping grains i added 1oz of chocolat malt, 0.5oz of barley flakes. But i done a partial mash instead of just steeping the grains, i mashed the grains in the steeping bag at 154'F for 25minutes. The beer was kegged. Its definitly in my top 10 beers so far, nice malty taste and nice head.
