Originally developed to honor Glen Hay Falconer of the Northwest Brewing Company, it offers medium bittering with a distinctly grapefruit flavour. Delicious

My first single hop batch, and it was quite successful and tasty, with notes of grapefruit coming right through. A definite recommend for those looking for a nice happy brew.
