Very Nice!

This one turned out great after 3 weeks in primary and 2 weeks in the bottle. It's fairly true to the Altbier style, made famous in Duesseldorf, Germany. It has a nice balance of bitterness and a malty, nutty character, like the description says. I'll definitely be trying this one again!

Altbier

Never had an Altbier before buying this, it was on sale so figured I'd try it. 3 weeks on primary and 2 weeks in the keg I gave it the first try. It was a pretty good beer but there was something missing. Dry hopped 1 oz for 7 days of citra and there it was!! Now a regular on tap!

Fantastic Beer

A very good extract brew that represents the style of beer well. Finishes dark and sweet and is well suited to an extra couple of weeks in secondary fermentation if you can afford the time. I was in a rush and bottled after 2 weeks in primary and it still tasted great.
