This Amber Ale recipe kit offers a simpler, basic brew with mild hop flavour and aroma, complemented by a fuller malt background. The sweetness comes from the amber and dark malt extracts. Think You Don't Like Dark Beer? Try Again.

I can't say enough about this beer. We are currently drinking it paired with a Belgian Blonde on tap, and Sessional IPA of centennial and cascade hops. It ironically is poured from the middle of three taps on our kegerator. As it sits perfectly between these two beers. I make all our guest sample our amber ale first as it is very drinkable and easily displaces peoples claims that they don't like dark beer.

Yum!

This one was my second favourite. Notice, it requires a few weeks of bottle conditioning. For those looking for a quick result, this is not the one for you. Time made this one amazing!!!

Tasty Amber

Very good amber, très gouteuse, j aurais du mettre 5oz au lieu de 4oz lors de l'embouteillage!!! mais vraiment un gout super!!!

Fall Beer

I brewed this one with some Fall Spices (nutmeg, allspice,... Came out perfect.
