Great Stout

Very good stout. Easy to make. A bit too sweet for my taste so on my second batch, I mixed in an expresso shot in each bottle when bottling the beer. The taste and smeel was to die for. I highly recommend this one.

I Learned Something...

Brewed my 1st stout. I failed at getting the right amount of dextrose at bottling ( converter error ) and was way too much undercarbonated. I prepared a cleaned recapping kit with some priming boost and ended up with one of the best Stout I have ever had in a glass. Will surely re-order.

Loved It !

I used the WLP001 yeast and finished at FG 1.022. It is sweet, tasty, excellent.
